Needed a Mr. Cool ductless mini split installed. Contacted Brent. He had Sylvia call me back to set up an appointment for a quote. Brent drove out and quoted the job. An install date was set and it was installed yesterday. The hvac technicians were courteous and professional. It was obvious they cared about their work paying attention to detail and neatness. Great communication and more than reasonable on install price. I will not hesitate in the least to to call them foe any future hvac needs!

Kept having issues with my AC unit. Couldn't get it fixed. I heard about this company through a friend that had used them for heating issues in the winter. They were able to have someone out right away.
The tech Ed was very polite and knowledgeable. I had recently hurt my knee and was having an issue moving. He went out of the way to change the cat's litter box when he saw me struggling with it. He got the job done quickly and it was reasonably priced. We haven't had an issue since!

At the beginning of winter I called People's Heating & Cooling for an estimate on a new furnace after my furnace began going out intermittently. Brent, the owner, came out the next day and gave me an estimate on several different units/options. The pricing was very affordable and I felt like Brent gave me all the options without trying to up-sell me on anything--he just gave me the options to choose from. He answered all my questions regarding the furnace and we chatted for another 15 minutes or so. My initial assessment of Brent was that he is a genuinely nice, honest man who values the service
