Plastic lens inserts for precision optics are crucial to maintaining a clean and scratch-free surface for any size optic lens. They also eliminate paper dust and protect optics during shipments. Clean room foam or other substrates can be used on top of inserts to take up the dead space inside of hinged jewel boxes.
For over 30 years we have helped optic manufacturers worldwide design the best optics packaging for their shipping, storage and in house use. Our optics packaging can be created for single cavities up to hundreds of cavities to best suit your needs. All of our packaging holds optics only on a chamfered edge to protect parts from damage occurring.

In a word: Outstanding. They completely surpassed expectations about my project. I came in with an idea for a project and two weeks later had a product 10x better than what I ever could have come up with. Very professional, invested in their work, and eagerly goes the extra mile.

Called this company because I'm trying to support local business to help design a new product. When I brought up that I would like NDA signed before I send over any info, I told very rudely "not interested" before I was hung up on.
