Fitness Connection is a locally owned family gym in Dexter, MO. We have recently acquired new owners who are dedicated to bringing changes to Fitness Connection to bring it to it's full potential! We have a 9000 sqft family gym that provides a clean, safe, and well managed work out center. Our team strives on helping you in any way we can, and we love hearing feedback & suggestions from our members.

We have created a warm, welcoming feeling for each and every individual at Fitness Connection! When you walk into our gym, you will immediately see it's not your typical "only for fit people" vibe! We welcome every individual from overweight, underweight, young & old, all race & color, bodybuilders, athletes, members just beginning a gym membership, to members who have been with us for 10+ years consistently!
Choose from the menu or create your own custom meals. Pick up your online orders OR come shop our Grab & Go meals from the cooler to try! Available only during staff hours. Low impact class that modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting out.

All staff members I have encountered have been extremely helpful and friendly. Sheena kindly guided me on how to use equipment because I was clueless. There is 24/7 access, a huge selection of equipment, and a variety of classes included in membership fee. Now they also have a nifty supplement store attached to gym. We are very fortunate to have such an awesome facility in our little community.

After you cancel they charge you again "because they dont have a contract" I'd rather have a contract than give a gym 60 dollars AFTER I've moved an hour and a half away. I regret giving this place a dollar. Pitiful.
I would almost pay my friends 60 dollars to take their business anywhere else. I understand charging if it was already about to come out, but we gave ample notice. Sad way to make a dollar.
