I was very pleased with the service I received. When I called for service, he arrived promptly and was very friendly and informative. The service was great and within an hour, my garage door was repaired and working smoothly.

We had spring break on garage door and had some bending on top of the door as well. Another company said it wasn’t repairable and told us all sorts of things to try to put a new door in. Called A1 and got the job done fast and reasonable prices. Didn’t try to push unnecessary costs to the customer! My garage has never been sooo quiet! Friendly service! Highly recommend.

I wokeup to a garage door which wouldn't open up. Initially I thought it may be just the motor but then quickly realized something wasn't right. My garage door torsion spring was broken in two! I couldn't open my garage door or move my vehicle out. I needed to get out for work and go grocery shopping for the kids. Our tension spring broke and A1 was called. We have dealt with A1 previously and were truly happy with the service. Left a message and was called back within an hour. Arrived the next morning and quickly explained the options I had, with no high pressure at all. Very courteous and knowledgeable young man who knows his stuff. Very fair price and I can not say more about the professionalism that was demonstrated. The ONLY person I will ever call to deal with garage door repair or installation. A1 is truly A1!!!!

I had been having issues with my garage door for several months. It finally completely gave out a month ago. I called A1 and they were able to send someone out the next day. Service was very prompt. Before telling me I needed to replace everything, Marco tried to fix the unit I already had. Ended up needing a new unit. Price was reasonable. I'm extremely satisfied with their service.
