I am a daily bike commuter who recently purchased a Current E-bike. It is hands down not only the best bike I've ever owned, but easily the best value for money E-bike currently for sale. Priority combines simplistic design with premium parts for an amazing ride experience. In addition, their staff is professional and responsive. Multiple questions to customer service that were handled very fast. Purchased their ebike and now own two Apollos. Very happy with the bikes, the Gates belt drives and everything about the company. Will continue to support them and make purchases. Will only buy belt-drive bikes going forward; and only from Priority, unless something changes.

I recently bought a Priority Coast for riding around in Breezy Point. First let me tell you this bike is beautiful, matte indigo and brown, really nice colors. Love that it’s has a rubber belt and I don’t have to worry about a rusty chain or constant maintenance. Their customer service is by far one of if not the best I’ve dealt with. The front fender came slightly dented, I emailed them, had a new fender within 24 hours. Awesome bike awesome people. If you’re looking for a high quality bike, look no further.

This company misleads with it's advertisement on costco connect. Even though it explicitly shows the Gotham and several other bikes available for a 20% discount through costco membership, it is in fact a lie. I confirmed with a costco rep that with their agreement I should be eligible with any purchase. After emailing Priority Bicycles customer service I was told that they are not honoring the discount. Very poor customer service and blatant false advertisement.

I ordered the 600 and it is the best bike I’ve ever owned! The Priority team really makes the customer the priority!! Quick response to any questions you may have the bike arrived quick and undamaged. I’ve since ordered accessories and they filled the order immediately. I’ll put the word out in Utah! This is how a company should run! Thanks to the Priority team for a great product and service!

I have been incredibly impressed by this brand so far. I recently took the plunge and ordered a Priority "Ace of Spades" and love it. Shipping was fast, delivery was smooth, and the bike arrived undamaged. Assembly was pretty easy and all of the tools were included for setup. I also ordered some accessories after my first ride and they shipped immediately as well. But most of all, I've been impressed by the customer service; their response times and insight have been top-notch and it's been a pleasure dealing with them. I'm looking forward to many happy miles on my new Ace of Spades. Thanks, folks

I recently bought a Embark Priority E bike from Priority. I had it professionally assembled upon delivery. Six weeks after intermittent
riding resulted in the Bosch battery going dead. Even as of today,
no one has the answer.
Fortunately for me, the battery is under a two year warranty. I took
the bike to a Trek shop near me and they troubleshooted the problem.
Bosch was contacted, but they were out of stock for four weeks.
I had numerous good communications with the Priority folks. They
did an excellent job of responding to my emails and concerns in a
very timely manner.
After I told

Although I live in Washington State and haven’t ridden a bicycle in 30 years, I bought a new Turi bicycle without so much as a test ride from a company in New York. Crazy. Right?
Well, at least I researched it a bit. Crazy or not, I ordered it, had it delivered all the way across the country, and assembled it myself using their videos. I love the bike!

Customer service was responsive and knowledgeable, shipping was fast. I wanted a clean, comfortable, low-maintenance bike with a step-through frame that would be suitable for child transport and generally getting around town. I got the Classic Plus and it fits the bill pretty much perfectly. I especially love the belt drive.
Some thoughts:
-The riding position is completely upright and very comfortable.
-The coaster brakes take a bit of getting used to - they will skid if you try to slam on the brakes, but they're fine if you brake a bit more gently. I'm glad that there's a front hand brake
