COUNTRY NURSERY, Inc., owned by Mike Lutt, currently employs four full-time foreman, two landscape designers, several office/nursery staff and seasonal crew members. We run four to five landscape crews during the season. We are located in Wayne, NE and service the northeast Nebraska and Siouxland areas.
Our foremen are certified by the International Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI). Our experienced foremen have worked for the company for many years, some for more than 15 years. Our designers hold degrees in Horticulture/Landscape Design and have over twenty years of combined experience. They regularly attend continuing education classes for fresh ideas and inspiration!

Country Nursery, Inc has been serving the Wayne, NE - Norfolk, NE and Sioux City, IA areas for over thirty years. We focus on modern landscape design to best fit your needs and wants.
Country Nursery charges a $30 consultation fee to come on site. At your consultation we will walk the site, talk about your wants, needs and how you will use the space. At this time we will also talk about your project budget. We don't believe in one price fits all. Country Nursery provides accurate, realistic, and reasonable estimates.

I also understand that Country Nursery charges a $75 minimum design fee for any design services rendered. Designs are property of Country Nursery until a down payment is received to book your project.
A newly planted shrub may need supplemental watering twice a week. DO NOT OVER WATER! If rainfall is not sufficient (generally 1/wkly) you should be watering your new landscape. A soaker hose works well. Let the hose run on an area for 2-3 hours. Water your newly planted tree every 7-10 days. If rainfall is not sufficient, more water may be needed.

I could not find plant pots for sale anywhere in Wayne. I took the chance of going to Country Nursery, a landscaping company, and they not only had the pots I needed, but since they had thrown them out the pots were GIVEN TO ME FOR FREE!!! I enjoyed the landscaping they had done on the way from their parking lot to their front door. Their office was clean and comfortable. I was not rushed to explain what I was there for, nor pushed out the door when my business was finished. A very friendly atmosphere! I WILL BE GOING BACK.
