The tire service center is not too bad . Reasonable pricing , knowledgeable and friendly customer service gets them the 4 star rating now as for the fleet service , that's another story . I had a work truck sit there for 3 weeks before anyone looked at it and when I received a quote I was so in disbelief that they would even think about charging that amount for the work that needed to be done . Maybe I should have told them that I wasn't with FMI or maybe I should have said I was with FMI , maybe the rate would have been cheaper either way it was highway robbery. I'm still trying to figure out

I had a tire that went flat while I was at the car wash and one employee came in his personal vehicle to help me get it changed then I followed him to the shop, he fixed the tire by putting a patch the price for the service provided to me was amazingly low, I will be coming back for further services needed from now. Employee was very helpful and quick. I recommend this place to anyone for service.
