The Historic Lincoln Hotel B&B
The historic Lincoln Hotel is located at the junction of Old Lincoln Highway and Hoover Highway in Lowden, Iowa. Built in 1915, the hotel originally hosted automobile travelers on the coast to coast Lincoln Highway. In 1996, after a complete renovation, the Lincoln Hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and won the residential Preservation At Its Best Award from the Iowa Historic Preservation Alliance.

The Lincoln Hotel offers four suites which were refurbished in 2019. All rooms have private baths, queen size beds with luxury linens, WIFI and spacious seating. Guests will enjoy a quiet small-town setting surrounded by beautiful farms and scenic byways.

Sweet P's: Coffee Sweets and Homemade Eats! Local cafe serving breakfast and lunch Wednesday-Friday. Desperado's Bar and Grill: Desperado's Bar and Grill is open daily from 9am-10pm and 9-2 am on weekends. Sunrise Cafe: Sunrise Cafe is a casual family restaurant that is open from 7 am - 2 pm, and 4:30-8 pm daily.
Lowden Historical Society: Have an interest in history? Visit our community historical society and see where all the pictures in the lobby came from. Local historians who are descendents of our early settlers have kept history current. In the park in downtown Lowden. 3-30 Golf & Country Club: Bring your clubs and enjoy golf at our beautiful 9-hole course developed in the 1960's.

This hotel is a must see . Wonderful small town 5 stars. Steak was awesome at the local bar and grill . Sweet P's has the best muffins and coffee for breakfast

The Lincoln Hotel is such a special gem in my home town. You can feel all the love that has been put into this space. This Hotel has been such an inspiration in starting my businesses because as a young girl I watched my Parents restore this building from beginning to end in the 90's. I spent much of my childhood cleaning out apartments while it was still a HUD apartment building. Over time my mother took over management and used her creative nature and formed the Lincoln Hotel into a Bed and Breakfast. When my parents were forced into retirement due to health issues they sold the Hotel to a wonderful

Kim is the Inn keeper and by far the sweetest and just helpful person I've ever met. The rooms are all different from eachother and the overall hotel is BEAUTIFUL. If you have a chance to stay here I'd highly recommend

We enjoyed a wonderful respite at the Lincoln Hotel. The bed was amazing! We woke refreshed and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee on the porch. The amenities we're lovely and the hospitality was warm. We will be back!

I stayed here around August 2010 for a family get together. Rooms exemplified nicely restored mid west accommodations. I would certainly recommend a stay here. Nice small town to visit also. I'm from San Diego and loved my trip here. Can't wait to go back.

Beautifully restored historical hotel that offers bed and breakfast accommodations. Clean, excellent service, and the innkeeper is very helpful.
