If you can get them to call you back and at least have the courtesy of return phone calls their rating would be better. Fact is after spending almost $4K with this company last year, I can not even get a quote on a tree or have the owner take responsibility for selling me what turned out to be be two dying trees. Too bad because this is a local owner who does not treat other locals with any respect.
