Superior Steel Fabrication LLC is a family owned and operated company that was established in 1993 and has earned a reputation as one of the leading precision machining, metal fabrication, and sheet metal contract manufacturers in the Western United States. In addition to being a premier metal fabrication company, we specialize in precision machining. Through the use of state-of-the-art technologies, including 4-axis CNC machines, our precision machining process is designed to have the best quality, consistency, and repeatability available in today's market.
Superior Steel Fabrication strives to minimize our carbon footprint with respect to our surrounding ecosystem. As diligent stewards of our environment, we use eco-friendly chemicals in our state-of-the-art powder coat pre-treatment process. In 2008 in partnership with Industrial Finishes, our sister company, we installed the largest solar roof top array in the Pacific Northwest at that time.

This place pays $12.50 an hour for the turret operators, skilled position that requires some college degrees, but is too cheap to hire and pay the people who have these degrees, they expect uneducated people to assume the kind of responsibility of setting up machines with tools and entering codes in machines that are continually at risk of breaking down if not set right. Employees of this department expected to take hundreds of pages of notes as if they are taking a college course at university. What a joke this place is. Everyone who works there is miserable and no one talks to each other.
