Disappearing act.
Initially, the response was great. Service within 2 days and he troubleshot issues with refrigerator. Said would be back once new fan arrives and will take further action to fix other issues. Then after 2 weeks went by, we tried to contact him to no avail. Won't return our calls and there isn't an office listed to visit personally. Hopefully, nothing is wrong but as there are 2 other similar posts for disappearing, I'm doubtful.
Ordered new fan ourselves that arrived within 2 days from ordering and tried other methods ourselves to figure things out. He just could've called to

Jason responded quickly and repaired our Samsung dryer in less than 30 minutes. Equally impressive was their fair price. I could not be more pleased with Flagship Appliance Repair. I recommend Scottie Taylor to anyone in need of washing machine repair. My home flooded because of the washing machine on a Friday. He was full that day, but was able to come out on that Monday. He even brought parts based on what commonly needs replacing with my model. No parts were required but he was able to fix the machine quickly. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I'll definitely be calling him if I ever need repairs again.

Best customer service that I've experienced in years!!!!! Scottie Taylor was prompt (came to our rescue the morning after we called), polite (didn't make me feel dumb or uncomfortable) and honest! He saved us tons of money though it meant less money in his pocket. Flagship Appliance Repair will be our go to for now on!
