We invite you to join us and see what we're all about! We offer classes for all levels from the beginner to the seasoned sweat/flow junkie. Our online classes include power vinyasa and a Yoga/HIIT hybrid called YOD. We also offer private Zoom yoga sessions customized to fit your individual or group needs.

Whether you need a release from the day to day stress, a sweaty tough workout or space to reconnect with yourself, we believe our teachers and classes will help you achieve whatever you mind, body and soul desires. We're all somewhere different on our yoga journey, so no matter where you are, let us help you grow in strength and confidence.
Services
This is a physically challenging vinyasa style class that will get your heart pumping while also encouraging you to find the strongest version of yourself. A vigorous 60-minute sequence based off the Baptiste Power Yoga Journey into Power Sequence and designed to condition the whole body. Our YOD class incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination all in 60 minutes.

I love my time at Thaw Yoga; wether I need to get in a workout or just need to slow down the environment here is unlike any other yoga studio I've been too. The instructors are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions that you have. I would recommend Thaw Yoga to anyone, beginner or advanced. It is just an all around great environment to be a part of.

Fantastic studio with a variety of classes and welcoming instructors. All fitness levels are welcomed. I left feeling great, stretched out, and accomplished.
