In 1989, he reinvented the business as a retail jewelry shop and moved to the current location in The Ketner Center. We have been manufacturing jewelry since the opening, creating one-of-a-kind and reproducible models for the custom design of fine and fun jewelry. In 1990, to honor a pastor and his family, we carved and cast the first architectural miniature, a charm of historic St. John's Lutheran Church.
Creating your special place is easy. If we do not already offer it in our collection of architectural miniatures, we need a picture of the one you would like for us to "build." We will carve the original wax model, then cast it in silver. The next step is to make a mold of that first piece so that it can be reproduced.
Love for our community instills in us a passion for protecting it. We encourage the recycling of metals and stones and use green initiatives such as our use of conflict free gold and silver from United Precious Metals. This established refiner can be a valuable resource for you as well, if you are interested in purchasing precious metals.
Some of the local organizations we support are: Faithful Friends, Community Care Clinic, Salisbury and Kannapolis historical associations, Catawba Chiefs and Civitan Club. Your jewelry is special to you. You value the sentiment, the beauty, the artistic quality of your favorite piece. Costly repairs can be minimized by regular checking and maintenance. And be sure to remove any jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools or hottubs or using chlorine cleaning products.

Kirsten was very helpful and accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. We had gone to a couple of other jewelers around town to browse and all felt like they were pushing to sell us whatever ring was convenient for them, rather than what we were looking for. Due to this Windsor Gallery was a breath of fresh air. They were very mindful of keeping around our stated budget and had lots of options in both price range and style. My husband got his ring here and he absolutely loves it! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good service and quality jewelry!
