Inquired about a rental but staff was very rude, arrogant, and condescending. They expect you to commit you to pay $50 per person ($100 for my wife and I) just to LOOK at a rental in person. I specifically asked if there is anyway to see it without paying $100 and was told no exceptions. it’s a scam. I can only imagine what they are like to rent from.

Karen and her staff are some of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I've come across in the real estate industry here in Lake Havasu. Tenant screening skills result in very low turnover, with tenants remaining for years. All

I couldn't be more please with the professionalism of Karen Bohler and her staff at Arizona Living Rental. My client had a duplex that they managed and the service and accounting was impeccable. On several different occasions I have also have called Karen with various questions for clients regarding management, tenant options and rental potential, she has provided very detailed information that helped my clients immensely. Didn't follow up with me for weeks only to decline me on criminal history. I have no criminal history and when I called they said it was because my credit score and they can't do anything with me. I just started building my credit and I've saved enough money to move into the home I want two times over and they decline me without ever meeting in person. I understand the risk but if you're signing a lease already then credit shouldn't even be a factor. Very dissatisfied with how I was treated and how i was misclassified as a criminal.

They charge the homeowner 12% of the rent payment every month, and you have to keep a $300 deposit balance that they can use at all times. I found out why. When you cancel their services, which I did after 3 2/3 years, they keep $200 of the deposit unless you happened to cancel at the end of a 2 year period. They make homeowners sign a renewal of the contract with them every 2 years so they can collect $200 for 'early termination', whether they have been getting their 12% for a year or 11 years, as long as it isn't in a small window of time during renewal every 2 years. They took my money although

This place was a total scam at time of move out. Beware!! They sent us a final move out notice and four days later we got a collections notice. They would never return our calls when we wanted to dispute even though their own letter stated we had 30 days to dispute charges.. The broker Karen Bohler is a "lawyer" and her only reply to us was by email and stated not to contact them again 'm or it will be considered harassment. Crazy!!!!
