Worst service ever in life, showed up 30 minutes late to my event, wasnt completely set up until a hour and a half into the event. Offered a partial refund and a photo book for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism. It has been longer than a month abs still haven't recieved neither. DO NOT GET SERVICES THROUGH THIS COMPANY (I'm not one to leave reviews at all but don't want anyone to go through what i experienced and it was a business event)!!!!!!

I called the number on the Imperial Photo Booth website and spoke with Hank to arrange for a photo booth for our daughter's Sweet Sixteen party a month and a half in advance. I was told I had to pay 1/2 the price in advance. It appears my payment was processed by a company called PBR Depot. I communicated five days before the party because I didn't hear from them and left a message. They sent me an email with a design for the photo strips, which I approved. I called them the morning of the party and confirmed with them that all was arranged and that a photographer was coming. They told me the way

They did NOT show up to my event. and I called several times demanding a refund, they immediately change subject and ask how you got their contact number and hang up on you. Very unprofessional !!!! They charged me three times and have yet been refunded.
They are scammers. They also go by many different names on Groupon (HOUSE OF EVENTS DALLAS, IMPERIAL PHOTOBOOTH AND PBR DEPOT). If you inquire they will Call and after you make a deposit they don't show up at the events.
