My flowers would be ok if I wasn’t expecting much. At first glance I thought they were just ok. But once I put them in a vase they really looked sad. I left it up to the florist to do an arrangement for me which was probably my mistake. The flowers did not last a full week. The bird of paradise last only a couple days and the roses had some kind of stud inside I guess to hold them up but they were drooping after only a couple days. I kept them watered but they just didn’t fair well at all.

I ordered a bouquet for my niece for Prom. From the minute I ordered until the day I picked them up, it was nothing short of a perfect experience. The bouquet turned out absolutely gorgeous and she even incorporated a few flowers and decor that I had brought in to match her dress.

I cannot say enough about Heather's Haus. Have used them on many occasions. Their arrangements are the best I've ever seen and the owners/staff couldn't be nicer. I couldn't be with my mom on Mother's Day today because I am sick and they went WAY out of their way, at the last minute, during the busiest day of the year to make sure my mom knew I was there in spirit. Thank you so much!! They are gorgeous!!! My mom was so happy and you'll never know how much this means to me. You guys are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I have always been amazed by the creativity, diversity of fresh flowers, and colors used by the owner Penny. In her mixes, I have discovered beautiful species of flowers I never knew existed. The flowers have been so fresh that they have lasted for weeks! The color palettes to match the holidays adds festive cheer to every occassion!

Absolutely terrible! Had a gift certificate for this place, they made a bouquet that made me laugh. Took it just for fun. Some flowers died few days later, including fern that stays fresh for weeks!
Yes, I have experienced outstanding florists, this one is not it.

Beautiful arrangement and I called for a delivery an hour and a half before they closed! The woman (sorry I forget her name) was very pleasant and helpful on the phone in assisting me with putting together an arrangement for a trade show. It arrived in a pretty, square glass vase with blue stones on the bottom. Oh, and they put this together and delivered the flowers within an hour and a half on a Friday night! Excellent customer service and quality flowers, etc!

I shopped around when we had our wedding back in 2007 for a florist who would meet my needs and found them when we walked down the strip mall from Creative Cakes. We didn't need to look any further. They were the first florist who were honest about which flowers would hold up in June, told us exactly what could happen with some of our choices and created an exquisite floral motif for our wedding, all at a very reasonable price.
