They did a good job the previous times I used them. Recently, however not so much I have called their office twice to schedule and no one calls back. Finally gave up and with another detailer for the job. Not sure if they closed or took time off or if they are busy but a courtesy call would have been appreciated. If they are open Ed they just lost all my future business. Also they did a so so job on my vehicle this last time. Had water spots and dirt marks in places. If they are in fact open and do call me back don't think I'd use them again.

The Detail Squad is woman owned, they have excellent reviews, the owner's friendly, attentive and detailed. The details are what matter and what really stood out compared to other businesses. I assumed the detailer would also be detailed considering the name of the business and my delightful encounter with the owner.

Ami, I wanted to reach out to you and express my utmost gratitude in the excellent work Frank did in detailing my car this past Saturday. I'm planning on selling my car and when I spoke to you, you said I might reconsider after it's been detailed and you're right, it looks brand new!! I had my Infiniti sedan detailed top to bottom. They did an amazing job getting every crevice of my car clean from the switches to the black hole between the seat and center console. Shampooed carpets and cleaned the leather amazingly, The exterior looks amazing after the polish. I had big swirl marks all along one side of the vehicle but not anymore, the paint looks brand new which is really hard to achieve with a black car. So grateful that my car looks awesome inside and out. Gleaming down the road, smelling good too!

I was ready to hire this company after reading the reviews. (We have 5 vehicles) They listed Alta Loma as one of the areas they serve, and that is where we live. Then I was told that they don't do work north of the 210 freeway!! We happen to live less than a mile north of the freeway and are on the border of Upland, which was another city they said they serve. I see now that, after hearing from me, they changed to Anaheim Hills, although they are located in Corona! It is very discouraging to go to so much trouble researching companies then have to start all over because I was misled

Frankie arrived on time and was professional and friendly. I was informed approximately how long the job for my Lexus 460 would take and was able to plan my morning around it. The finish product of the level 2 detail was absolutely amazing. It's by far the best detail and value I've ever had. I have never used a detail service and this set the bar beyond expectations. From my first inquiry with ami, to the detailer Frankie who worked on my husbands car, the service was AMAZING! I picked this company for 2 reasons, first their overall reviews were great. The second was the fact that even on the unfavorable reviews, the owner took the time to comment and attempt to make the situation right.
Well, I was so pleased with the great job they did on my wife's car. The car looks like it did when we bought it, and in some ways the interior looks better.
The attention to detail was beyond our expectation. Thank you Detail Squad for a job well done!

I'm so happy to have found Detail Squad, what an amazing company. Great customer service and Franky my detailer was phenomenal. He went over and beyond bringing life back to car. I drive a lot and far average of 100 miles a day, so you can imagine how the roads, sun and traffic can take a toll on my poor vehicle. Franky made her look sparkly new again. The interior is so beautiful and restored, smells like a new car. Thank you so much for the outstanding job you did. Detail Squad came and detailed my car, which hasn't seen a lot of love since the pandemic as I haven't driven it as much, but was amazed how good the vehicle looked inside and out. They did a great job for a great price. Frankie who came to clean the car was very friendly. Will use again in the future.

Please do not use this company. I was under the impression given the high stars on it, that they would have a better reputation.
Unfortunately after spending $139 on a detail, on a truck that is only 2 weeks old off the dealer lot, (meaning it wasn't even that dirty), and 2.5 hours later of a detail...
There was still grime and dirt in the wheel wells, grease on the underside of the truck, and grease in my tail pipe.
I literally took a microfiber rag.....and after 45 seconds....cleaned all those spots...yes that's right....it only took me 45 seconds...and they had just spent

Worth every penny! My car hadn't been detailed in 5 years. I did my makeup and ate lunch in there everyday, so it had accumulated a MESS (my last two photos are the before). Franky was awesome! He did an amazing job vacuuming and shampooing my carpets, as well as detailing my dash. He took between the 2-3 hours quoted and he was a few minutes early to arrive which I appreciated. I can't wait to drive my car now and will absolutely be reaching out for an exterior detail soon.

Franky arrived early for the appointment. He was attentive and thorough. I wish I could have enjoyed his work, but my lease was up and he was detailing my car to be returned to the dealer. He did wonders with the sand from the beach in my trunk. Will definitely use them again as soon as I have the need. Amazing job!!

They showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation. The vehicle was a disaster. Super dirty outside and dirtier on the inside. I was told it was going to take about 5 hours to complete the work.
I went back to work and before I knew it there was knock at my door, My car was done. It took an hour less than the quoted time and it looked great. In fact it looked new again.
