During a particularly stressful time in my life, I started taking a yoga class. It was so helpful to me that I felt led to teach yoga and started my training. Because I love sharing its benefits for others and seeing my students' yoga practice help them, this has proven to be a wonderful decision. Currently, I continue to stay current by taking workshops and training sessions throughout the year.

As a yoga teacher, it is my job to instruct, support, and encourage my students as they set their yoga practice to suit their individual needs. Every student, regardless of ability or personal goal, is welcome in my classes. Along with the physical benefits of increased strength and mobility, yoga helps the mind calm and focus, and addresses the spirit of the individual.
Services
I teach the Hatha Yoga style of flowing vinyasa that allows participants to stay safe and be successful. However, there is always the opportunity for growth and challenge in the student's own time. Options are given throughout the class for both advancement as well as ease. What does a typical class look like?
