I had two interviews with GeekHive.
Each session was with two people simultaneously.
When I didn’t hear back after two weeks I sent a follow-up email. No response.
I completely respect if GeekHive didn’t feel I was a good fit for their team after the second interview.
What I didn’t expect is, they would simply ghost a candidate.
It makes you wonder about the company’s culture and the value they place on resources and clients.
