I did over the internet and wasn't approved for the cash advance and my taxes where somehow filed without my w2 or signature. I was told this is gonna cause an audit.She was rude and took a while to answer my questions. And still haven't received my tax info I requested. So yeah save the headache and go with someone else! I have a mess to figuire out. I will be calling the IRS.
