I’ve been going to Jhay since September of 2020. I’ve had problematic skin for a while. I’ve tried every product you could think of. I reached out to her for advice on what i should do. She responded very quickly. Jhay has been nothing but amazing and has my skin glowing! I’ve also never gotten lashes until she done them abs I’ve been getting them ever since! I love, love , love them!

Great experience with Jhay. This was my first time getting individual lashes and it was a very pleasant experience. I have them a week now and have no complaints. The salon was clean and neat and sanitary. Jhay explained the process of cleaning and gave me the necessary tool do to so. I will be going back for a fill in.

I love going to Jhay for my lash extensions! I refuse to see another Tech! She always does them so beautifully. She's very time efficient, flexible, and professional. I never have issues with the extensions she uses! They never itch or fall off easily and I love a STEAMY shower! I always receive compliments and my man LOVES the way they look on me. He's not a big fan of the "glamour makeup" looks... so that say's a lot. I highly recommend Jhay! You can tell she takes great pride in her Brand and she will make sure you are satisfied! Omg the atmosphere and bed was amazing!!!! Jhay has a great welcoming personality and has great music playing at all times. It was so relaxing I accidentally fell asleep but idk if jhay knew lol. I didn't know to bring in a picture of the lashes I wanted so I quickly explained I like long thick dramatic glam type lashes that were super long and I got exactly like I wanted like doll eye style omg she's amazing! I won't see anyone else for waxing and lashes. She's an hr away from me but it's sooooo worth it! I absolutely love her! Definitely go to her! These are crappy pics

I drive over an hour to come here! She does such a great job and I get so many compliments on my lashes! They also last longer than all my friends. The salon is so cute and comfortable that I have dozed off during the process. And she is ALWAYS on time! I love that! I will continue to come here and can’t wait to try out more services.

I had a great Brazilian waxing experience with Jhay. Her appointment booking site was simple - got into my appointment and she was super professional, knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable. I like that she has a seamless booking schedule so I know i can get an appointment and its not a hassle. My wax was gentle she took her time i would definitely go back.

My lashes came out great but I don't know what kind of glue she used, or if it is bc she did not clean my own lashes first but 90% of the lashes fell off within a week, and I did not wash my face. I'm not a lash professional, this was my 3 rd time getting them and that has never happened. I was also disappointed that she was 30mins late for the appt and did not apologize, I was going on vacation the next day and did not have time to find someone new. Overall she is nice but I paid for the 2 week refill and wasn't able to do that since they all fell off before the 2 weeks. Very disappointing
