Dr. Drwencke treats a wide variety of chronic, acute, traumatic, and degenerative injuries. Whether it's your spine or extremity, muscle, joint, ligament, or movement; She can assess you and get you moving in a positive direction. The first goal is get you out of pain as soon as possible. Pain may seem common to you, but just because something is common, does not mean it is normal.
Pain is a request for change. Your body needs to be able to move through a complete range of motion before loading or tasking it in an athletic setting. Is your compensation in one area affecting your performance in another? Enhanced muscle capacity, better movement strategies, fine tuning balance; Ascent care is a great way to keep athletes in top shape.

Services
Your disc is like a shiny, gelatinous shock absorber between each of your spinal bones. These discs allow some space between your spinal bones so that each bone can move separately and independently of each other. What happens as we go throughout out lives is that the bones in our spine begin to move less and less.
Tendonitis, or more importantly, tendinosis occurs when you the muscles and tendons of your elbow are inflamed. Why do they get that way? Poor movement, broken body, or broken brain. The thing is, by the time you feel the pain in your elbow, some of those muscle fibers have already degenerated. There are a variety of tools to use to reduce the inflammation.
There are many reasons why someone would choose to have spinal surgery, and for good reason. However, not everyone responds positively after going under the knife. People might even feel hopeless when something as extensive as surgery fails to yield them the results that they thought it would. This is not the end of the road.
The shoulder can be one of the most complicated areas of the body to work on. You have multiple bones of the body coming together to move as one, smooth (hopefully graceful) unit. This is without taking into account the numerous muscles, tendons, nerves and how they function as a joint and in connection with your neck.
If you have a desk job, wrist pain can rear its ugly head. However, just because you have wrist pain does not mean that you have carpal tunnel syndrome. How do you know that you have it? Get a thorough examination done by your doctor. Wrist pain can be caused by an issue in the elbow, the shoulder, or even the neck.

Dr Krystal has been a lifesaver! I started seeing Krystal almost a year ago to help with different pain in my body and feet. After several sessions I could feel the difference in my joints and muscles and felt rejuvenated. I suffer from several different ailments and she has not only helped me stretch and align my muscle groups but has also taught me techniques that I can continue to help rebuild on my own time. Her ability to use her hands to get fast, noticeable results is jaw dropping! (although her tools are also impressive) Thank you Krystal for helping me get back in my body and giving me

Put simply, this is an amazing place . I’ve had costochondritis(ribs digging into my chest) since 2018 and my quality of life had really gone downhill. I had been to multiple doctors, Physical Therapists, and Chiropractors…. and none of them had a clue on how to fix me until I met Dr. Krystal. Give her your business!!

It was very first time that my wife and I went to see a chiropractor. My wife was 7mo pregnant and I was little worried about receiving chiropractic treatment but Krystal had ample experience with pregnant clients as well. She is very professional and gentle with clients(us) and explained in details to help us understand and guide through how to treat lower back pain, weak glutes, shoulder and wrist pain. And the place is maintained very clean, everything was sanitized. I would definitely recommend here to anyone who is seeking treatment.

I have seen multiple sports chiropractors over the years and Dr. Krystal is one of the best! I have had chronic pain in my lower right hip, and after just a few appointments Dr. K was able to reduce my pain. In addition to traditional spinal manipulation, Dr. K targets any muscle pain or problem areas during each session. We typically do active release/massage therapy/cupping in session. Dr. K has also taught me some exercises to help build strength in my problem areas to reduce further pain.

Krystal does amazing work. She able to solve issues using a method of chiropracty that incorporates sports medicine, massage therapy, structural body work, and other techniques that focus on the causes of why you are hurting or need help. For example, I hurt my big toe and she was able to in a couple of sessions target areas in my foot, ankle, leg, and hips that quickly allowed me to walk better so not only was my foot feeling better but I quickly stopped hurting other parts of my body because I was limping and compensating for it so badly. I would recommend her to anyone.

I've experienced lower back pain on and off for over ten years. I've tried physical therapy and physiotherapy that were somewhat helpful, but the pain returned after a while. After another painful episode, I decided to try seeing a chiropractor.
I searched online for best chiropractors in SF, and Krystal's practice was one of the top results. I'm a runner and when I read reviews from other runners and sports players, I thought that she might be able to help me. I wasn't wrong!
During our first appointment, Krystal not only addressed the pain I felt at moment, she also explained why the pain kept

My quality of life has drastically improved since I began weekly sessions six months ago--and the benefits continue to make my life worth living. In addition to being an amazing chiropractor who knows her stuff, Dr. Krystal is a truly wonderful, caring, and delightful human being. I am so grateful I found Dr. Krystal and can't thank her enough for helping me get back on my feet and start living again. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Dr Drwencke is an excellent Chiropractor. She is an athlete herself and that knowledge is reflected in her treatment approach. She did a comprehensive physical exam, adjusted me and relieved my pain. She devoted extra time to demonstrating exercises and observing me perform them to insure I was doing them correctly. I have improved dramatically and I will continue to work with her. I highly recommend her!
