Beautiful woman with a brain good attorney and always willing to help. I was arrested and charged by the sheriff's department "they call it Malicious prosecution " this attorney after reviewing all of the documents and reports along with the video took it to the state attorney's office and got all charges dropped.

Brooke Butler is hands down THE BEST defense attorney in St. Lucie County...possibly even in the state of Florida! Her attention to detail & how much she cares for her clients compares to none! I would recommend Ms. Butler to anyone looking for a great attorney who is truly willing to fight for them. Her staff was extremely helpful & very caring as well.

I hired Ms. Butler to fight a ticket. I had dash-cam footage showing I wasn’t at fault. She was also supposed to obtain the officers video and/or audio. 3 days before my court date I called to see if she had gotten the video from the police and she said no at first then realized it was in my file. She was supposed to review it before hand but wasn’t even aware of her office receiving it. She tried to get me to plea no-contest but I asked her why would I plea no contest when I’m innocent AND have proof. The officer had also made false statements regarding my statement to him about the accident
