Their caregiver, Glenn is very caring and friendly. He helps me to exercise and walk throughout the day. When I feel depressed, he encourages me to keep on going and reminds me of what I do have - a loving family that wants me around. He fills my pillboxes every week, makes sure I take them and lets my wife know when a refill is needed. If my wife is making me a salad for lunch, Glenn tells her to sit down with me and he will just make it. I am a retired professor of Hebrew and enjoy teaching him some Hebrew phrases, such as "Good morning", "hello", "goodbye", or

Knowledge on nutrition and general care necessary is limited and you should plan to spend time to educate the person as to what is needed and required.
Office staff is a little shaky. We had a $500.00 balance on our account for over a year and when we contacted them regarding a statement and refund they dodged the issue. We repeatedly called and were told several reasons why they could not refund. It was all a stall tactic. 75 days later we are needed to threaten to sue in small claims and report them to better business bureau.
