Heard bad stuff about this place due to how poorly management runs the it. Many new workers quit after a month or two due to unreasonable amount of workload put upon them. Short staffed and overworked is not something I would want. If the workers hate the place, I wouldn't even think of considering this a home for a loved one. DO NOT WORK HERE AND TRY TO FIND A BETTER PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER.

Staff and leadership are extremely unprofessional, do not respond to emails and phone calls, lack organizational skills and rude. Be sure you check them out thoroughly if you plan to send clients or family there. There are so many good communities in the area, why chose a loser?

Wanted to go see the place because I needed assisted living for my mother. I was in San Jose for the weekend and tried both Saturday and Sunday to get in and they said both days they had no one there who could do a tour. Wouldn't you think those would be key days for people to be going to check out places like this? Got to wonder who is in charge there.
