Our physical therapist and occupational therapist staff has over 310 years of combined clinical experience. We work closely with local orthopedic doctors, and perform rehabilitation services for total joint replacements, rotator cuff repair and other post-surgical diagnoses, hand therapy, lymphedema management, neck and back rehabilitation, sports and fitness rehabilitation, and women's health physical therapy including osteoporosis and pelvic floor therapy.

Services
Rehab Partners is an outpatient rehabilitation center that is staffed with Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA). Our name arises from our belief that the patient should be a partner in the rehabilitation process, accepting responsibility for compliance with the treatment plan in order to achieve optimal recovery.
Rehab Partners offers skilled physical and occupational therapy services for teens and adults in Citrus County. Originally from Indiana, Donna earned her BS in 1982 from Indiana University - Purdue University at Indianapolis. She has worked in a variety of settings, including long-term care, acute care and psychiatric services; she gained extensive management experience during this time.
Rehab Partners, Inc. is a participating provider with Medicare, Blue Cross and most other private insurances, as well as Workers Compensation. We also accept Care Credit. Please contact our office and speak with Shelly for further details.

I’ve been bring my mother here and I couldn’t be happier with the place. They take really good care of my mom and all the other people I see come and go always have smiles on their faces. The place it’s very clean and nice, Oh they also have a really delicious coffee bar for people to enjoy. Also I love that they always have some kind of little Fundraiser snacks in there because you have a tasty snack to eat plus your helping out a local charity/ school fundraiser. Overall I’ve had a wonderful experience here and I’m glad they where there for my mom!

I HATE TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW, BUT I AM FEELING TERRIBLE ENOUGH TO LEAVE ONE. AFTER TORN ROTATOR CUFF SURGERY I STARTED THERAPY HERE. ALL WAS GOING OK FOR ABOUT 5 WEEKS, THEN I BELIEVE THEY WENT OVERBOARD AND MESSED ME UP BIG TIME. I NOW CAN'T LIFT MY ARM PAST MY WASTE BECAUSE SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG IN MY SHOULDER. MY HAND AND THUMB ARE NUMB AND VERY PAINFUL WHICH IS PROBABLY DUE TO A NERVE BEING PINCHED EITHER IN MY NECK OR IN MY SHOULDER. MY DOCTOR PUT ME ON PREDNISONE, AND NO HELP. I AM AGAIN ON PREDNISONE IN HOPES THAT IT COULD BE SOMETHING THAT IT WILL HELP, BUT I TRULY DOUBT IT FEELING THE
