Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff! I believe I mostly talked to a Nick and Dekker. They really knew what I was going for and did what they could to get me there. They handled a few very unexpected hiccups in an extremely patient and professional manner. They both really worked with me to ensure that what I was getting done would be satisfactory. They were also very helpful in making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my computer at each stage of the process. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to assist with upgrading my system. I couldn't be happier! I went to DBQ Tech pretty unsure of what I needed. I told them what I was trying to do and they walked me through the whole process. I never felt like I was being sold anything I didn't need. If I ever need future help, I can call and speak to a real person.

I had a pesky wireless adapter card that wasn't connecting to our router. Dekker was able to determine the problem and solve it an expedient fashion. This was after my ISP and router company were unable to fix the issue.
Don't be lured into inexpensive unreliable super stores. Please support this Dekker's small, local business. His prices are competitive, affordable, and the customer service is much better than what you could expect from a larger conglomerate organization.

Totally happy with this computer repair service. Quick turn around as well as fair prices. My daughter's laptop crashed and she needed it for her college classes and Dekker Pfab Computer services got her back up and running right away so she didn't miss any of her homework. Then my husband and I bought a re-furbished PC from them and that has been working great and it was a super price. Will always be my first stop for computer needs.
