I wish I could give them zero. Worst service from a flower shop ever. They sent something completely different than the chosen arrangement.
They did not call before delivering and left the arrangement outdoors exposed to sun and rain. Some flowers were broken and or wilted.
They delivered to the wrong place and lied about customer writing the wrong address.
They didn't want to take responsibility for anything.
Bad attitude when called to point out wrong doings.

I ordered an arrangement for Mother'sDay and they failed to deliver the flowers. However, I was charged and provided an invoice as well . How hard it is for you to let the customer know you are not operating and obviously not charge for it? I will definitely escalate this , and please know that I'm not recommending you guys ever again.

Couldn't tell you anything about the quality of the flowers as for the gentleman that answer the phone totally blew the deal...... he was condescending and and tried to explain to me that every special flower I requested was a special order and when I asked him what he had available he was rude. I called him a more reputable shop first they were just too far away from my delivery Zone so I ended up calling this guy his loss I was going to drop a couple hundred bucks

Not much has changed. The décor is still the same and parking is limited, but you are usually in and out of there pretty quickly. They take cards. I mention that as the ambiance made me question it.
Went in to purchase two bouquets of flowers. Language there is Spanish. Was attended by Pepe, who was a real joy. He made me feel better about purchasing flowers for two graves and even cut the flowers, so they would fit accordingly.
Bought a half dozen sunflowers for my grandma as

AMAZING! Jose, the flower designer himself, helped me with my order. I called all the way from Los Angeles to have 3 red rose arrangements ordered and picked up for a national TV broadcast for Mother's Day. Even thought i put in the order pretty last minute, Mercy's flowers still accommodated. They looked BEAUTIFUL as promised! My team loved them and they looked great on TV. Wonderful prices as well. I will definitely be using them for future needs!

So for Mother's Day I decided to try out a new flower shop that I found online with pretty good reviews. I ordered on their website and everything was great. Website was quick and easy to use and their prices where very fair.
The product was delivered on the day requested and even earlier than expected which was great. But upon receiving a phone call from the recipient I was saddened to hear that some of the flowers in the arranged were dying already. I then received a picture of the flowers and it confirmed what I was told.
I hope this is not the case with all of their products

I stumbled on this florist and needed a bouquet for my gf's birthday. After speaking with the lady in the small shop that is actually next door she took my order and then brought me over to Jose who was putting the arrangement together. This man is a miracle maker! The most unbelievable bouquet I have ever purchased. The gf is beyond happy. Her office now wants to have arrangements made for their lobbies. I will NEVER shop at any other florist in Miami! Horrible service, they did not deliver the flowers on Valentine's Day nor the following day. To add to this stress they have not answered the phone in two days to explain the delay; this will certainly lead to a dispute with the bank. They claim they have been operating for 30yrs but after my current experience with this company I feel it may be fraudulent. How dishonest of them to accept orders when they clearly are not operating or are unable to meet Valentine's Day demands. I am genuinely disappointed in the service, completely ruined the surprise.

Absolutely worst florist company i have ever dealt with. do not buy flowers from here- consider yourself forewarned. if i could give them no stars i would! ordered flowers for my mom for mothers day and they never arrived. given my mom has been having a hard time, a lot of effort and time went into placing her order, to make a tough day better....not only did they ruin the moment and dy completely- i spent the whole damn day trying to reach them, only to recieve a busy tone. no voicemail- even though there is a message. no one to take calls during working hours- no apology, no call in advanced

Someone ordered flowers for my birthday through FTD and this place was the vendor. When I got the flowers, a dozen of light pink roses, several of the petals were crushed and had brown on them. I immediately called and reported it as per the message on the card. "If we fail to meet your expectations, please let us know". I spoke with a woman who told me that it was supposed to be brown because that was the breed of roses that they carried. I recently ordered a Valentine's bouquet via FTD and the order was fulfilled by Mercy's Flowers. Upon delivery of the small arrangement, late on a Saturday afternoon, I was disappointed to note that some of the roses and carnations had petals that were curled and dying. Also some of the foliage had browned/dried edges as if the bouquet was in the delivery car in the heat for too long. It was embarrassing for me to give this gift to my girlfriend and it looked worse on the following days.
