First time to walk into this salon. I asked if there was anyone available to get a manicure done since I was a walk in. The lady went to the side to ask. she comes back to tell me it would be a 10 min wait which I was okay with that. I sat outside to wait. 10 mins goes by then another, so I decided to go in and ask. I was informed since I did not make an appointment they were not able to see me. WHY would you ask me to wait then 20 mins later to be told NO? Great customer service! Never going back again! Your website is a false advertisement.

Went in with my friend on my birthday. Asked for a basic acrylic full set and a pedicure.
The pedicure was nice but one of my toes got smudged before I even left and she didn’t offer to fix it or anything.
When we got to the part where she puts on the acrylic, she suggested I switch to a different color. I liked the original but she said the other brand was better for my nails so I said okay. We added cute diamonds to the ring fingers but she didn’t add enough clear polish around them and my hair snagged on them every day. At the end of the appointment, when I went to pay, I noticed she over

A teen age boy did my pedicure and it was the worst one I have ever received. He cut my nails so short and rounded the corners so that my toes are stinging and an ingrown toenail is inevitable. His mom was scolding him about it in another language, and explained to me he's just helping out for his summer vacation. It is my understanding that you need a license and training to do this job. It was awkward enough to have a pedicure by a sulky teenage boy who clearly did not want to be there, but the fact that he screwed up so bad that I now have to tend to my feet as if I was wounded is icing

This is the worst and most awkward pedicure and manicure I've had! When this young guy was told he has a pedicure to do he started huffing and banging things around prepping the foot spa. I asked him if he could remove the gel on my toes. He huffed then shouted he was removing gel. His mom worked on my hands while the son worked on the feet. They were arguing with each other in another language while working. It meant for a very rough leg rub from the son. The pedicure didn't include any callus removal. The son even huffed after I asked him where I could give him a tip. The spa chair

I got my nails done on a Friday the next day they were peeling and I paid for a gel coloring. They kept filing the top of my nails to the point that they were burning and filing my cuticles. The girl that did my nails didn’t even speak to ask me how I wanted my nails she was just doing them. I had to keep stopping her and telling her how I wanted them done. I will not be coming back.

Happy Valentines day everyone! I am a single mom of two who barely does anything for herself. I haven't had a pedicure in over a year! I had my hair cut 6 months ago for the first time in over a year. This info is to add a little perspective. I decided to love myself this Valentines day! I booked several services Jen's Salon and Spa in Keaau ...Pedi, wax, and hair dye to be exact. The pedi and waxing were amazing I felt like a queen! Until it came to the color..... this is where I left in tears and my entire weekend ruined.

I got a fill at this salon and 4 nails popped off after a week of being done. They popped off very easily.. they weren't on very solid. Also, she didn't get the sides of my nails so my real nails were showing and breaking off so it was catching on everything.

Ugh i can’t even express how disappointed i am with how they cut my hair. I asked for a layered haircut and the layers doesn’t even blend with the rest of my hair. I got straight cut layers and it’s horrible to look at! From 1 to 10 I’m giving them “I wish i never gone to this salon and will never ever go back” out of 10. I don’t recommend this salon if you’re getting a hair cut. Maybe they’re good in other services but for me that’s even hard to believe when they can’t even do a simple haircut.

I just love coming here. Friendly professional and they will go out of there way to fit you in last minute. I just absolutely love Myrah she does a beautiful job on my hair and Helen is the absolute best with my nails. Jen is a sweetheart always smiling. I’m so happy I finally found a good place for all my needs.

I had a perm done a week ago. Didn't turn out the way I wanted. After a few days trying different things to help, I called Jen. She did not hesitate to ask me to come back so she could fix it. Originally, Myra did the perm and I told Jen I wouldn't mind her doing it again as I suspected the product not Myra. Well, today I had my redo and it looks perfect. Using a different product. Just what I wanted. Thank you Jen and Myra for making sure I was happy with my hair. Very professional and nice customer service.

I wanted to like this place! I did not. I just wanted my feet rubbed and soaked, a little TLC for my sore traveled feet. I spent $70 on what was supposed to be an hour of "Deluxe Foot Massage." I looked over the website before making an appointment. I tried to do my due diligence looking up a place for service. The website looks good and offers a lot of different services but I think those are just words on a page since I got none of what was supposed to be included. I basically sat in a chair and got my shins rubbed up and down for 40 mins. Except for the 2 different "masks"

I have had my hair cut twice there over a three year period. First by Jen, and I specifically said "do NOT feather my hair".... and she did anyway. The second time was with Johnny. My hair was cut uneven, so I went back and he graciously tried to even it up, but it ended up with the other side longer now.

I had my appointment at 1:00 p.m. left the shop at 5:30 p.m. owner Jen started with my nails then another young lady continued Jen's work and a 3rd person helped her cause she was struggling with painting them so 3 persons total worked on them. I told 2 of the ladies the colors were different colors but they said it will even out. Very disappointed cause I paid over $100.00 for acrylic nails ,pedicure and my son haircut and my nails were just not done correct besides staying there for such a long time.

Jen is AMAZING! Had been going to another salon always in hopes of going completely blonde but after time n time of not getting what I wanted I heard of Jen and saw her work and she's very good and I'm super happy with the work she had done for me I'm thankful to have found her and will be continuing to go back to her

Updated review... I figure I'd give them another try and this time they didn't dissapoint me.. Recommend that you call for an appointment. Jen is currently the one person that does my nails and hair. I love that she creates glitter colors for my nails. She is always open for ideas and she also makes great recommendations. She does great nail work and highlights..

Another great appointment with Laura. Laura helped me transition from a long time acrylic nails client to a gel client. Love the flexibility of gels. Easy to maintain and keeps my nails looking professional.
Although the salon is changing the interior, it's still welcoming. Love all of the ladies who work here, but wish there was a receptionist who could handle the many phone calls and walk-ins.
They offer gift certificates which I used to spoil my friends.
