Suburban Septic Service Inc is a family-owned and operated septic system installation, cleaning, and service company, founded by Patrick Valentine in 1987, with the investment in one small, septic pumper truck. The company quickly expanded with Patrick's knowledge and experience in the wastewater treatment industry as he trained and became a licensed and registered Installer and Service Provider for multiple types of household sewage treatment systems (HSTS) approved by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH).
Services
Our technicians inspect the sludge and water levels in each tank, clean the aerator shaft, and note the condition of the tanks. Residential septic systems should be cleaned or "pumped" out by a licensed septage hauler every 2-3 years depending on the size of the systems (gallons), household occupancy, and water usage.

This company has been servicing our septic system for the last 30 years. They are professional, helpful and always accommodate any issue that we have with them. Just recently I had an issue with my aeration jet motor and they came out and fixed it and did not charge me. If You have any issues or need a professional company do not hesitate to call them

When I tell you this company saved the day I am not being dramatic. My partner and I purchased our home back in June. We are having our first big holiday party tomorrow and to our surprise the health department showed up at our door today and told us our septic tank was over flowing and in danger of backing up into the house. This company is amazing! After years of being charged for less than par septic service, I finally found Suburban. They installed a new system, and collapsed the old one. Then cleaned up the yard when done. They had to remove part of the gate to get the equipment in. They put everything back and cleaned up the site before leaving. were very prompt,… courteous and respectful of our property and our time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! My search is over for a competent septic serviced. Could not be happier! Thanks Patrick, Michelle and Patrick Jr. You guys ROCK!
