Had an amazing experience with Daniel! He was very helpful and took up half of his day in helping us with our computer problems! Very sweet guy and would use him again for future issues we have.

Not only did I find Dan extremely knowledgeable, but he was also generous with his time and advice. Dan was a pleasure to work with. He took care of my website design, integrated everything into the appropriate social media, and basically taught me how to get up to speed like "you kids these days". We are running smoothly and I will use him again in the near future as my business grows.

About five years ago, I began to be interested in creating a blog. I knew nothing - nothing about setting up a website, much less adding posts. When you own your own business and rely on your laptop for everything you do, the most anxiety producing moments are when you have to separate yourself from your laptop. In a previous experience, I had replaced my laptop and the company I worked with couldn't finish the job for two weeks. TWO!

Dan was SO helpful. My computer problem consisted of having an old hard drive from a crashed comp that I needed to transfer to a new comp. He was very responsive and timely with his feedback, offering me several solutions from which to choose. He did not hesitate to offer up a MUCH cheaper way of fixing my problem, which cost me about $6 as compared to more than $100. He even followed up with me a couple of weeks later to make sure everything went ok. I very highly recommend Dan for any computer questions or problems.

They said they might be able to fix my lappy, but suggested I try a specialist. I respect a company that can refer elsewhere and not waste my time & money.

Sometimes life imitates art - I had a Carrie Bradshaw moment when my PC decided to blink that horrendous smurf-blue screen and go to sleep at the most inopportune time when I had significant, time-sensitive deadlines to meet for grad school.
