I was a broke college kid with a bum hard drive, and across the country. Mike (the owner) was the only person I went to for computer issues when I was in Somerville, and I called him immediately.
I was troubleshot, taken care of, and back in business inside a week. And, it was right around the holiday season, so I was able to save money with the knowledge Mike and his team provided. They were fast, and took care of me. Always have.
