I love the service i get from the owner. Ive had multiple surgeries and sadly they have one pharmacist (African) i presume who repeatedly gives me a hard time on my pain medication regardless of the fact its been the same dosage and written by my same doctor for the past two years....and im not there every month. She will even make me wait 20 minutes in my car and then tell me no she wont fill it...i have to call the insurance company and they have to make her fill it...which is crazy???

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE, READ 'til the end! I've been using East Park for 20 years, and my mother before that for decades. And for the most part, it has been a good experience. UNTIL YESTERDAY. I called to get two scripts refilled and delivered. It started with a new woman answering the phone. When I asked when the delivery would take place, it took several attempts for me understand what she was trying to say, as "I'll be there an hour at two" made no sense. It was noon. Finally, I made it into a sentence which she confirmed, she would be there in the hour after 2. I have

I went to east park pharmacy for a covid test.
I would not recommend this pharmacy for covid test. Remember your life depends on them for CORRECTLY giving correct result and understanding what the 4 factors in test mean .
The person ( pharmacist) did not know .
Also rude and combative.
In writing this review I took in account how covid is affecting how businesses are coping and I am sensitive to this but being rude and argumentative is not acceptable.
I simply choose to take my business somewhere else

A great family-owned Pharmacy with culture of customer service. Always pleasant and efficient. They are quick to get refill approval when needed. The times I've needed a special order, they let me know exactly what to expect. The drive-thru is not fancy. The service at the window is much faster compared to Walgreens down the street. Highly recommend East Park!

Their sign advertised that they had hand sanitizer. It was supposed to be one of the safety seal plastic lids that is the same as a water bottle where the tiny plastic links break as you open it for the first time. The one I received wasn't sealed. I brought it back right after I left store...before I even reached my car. I explained this to the manager and he didn't offer me a new one that wasn't opened yet. Workers are very personable, polite, pharmacist very informative and helpful if needed, great atmosphere, clean and well kept. Plenty of light shopping, candy, snacks, lottery tickets, medical equipment, supplies, including greeting cards quick gifts and trinkets.
