I would advise anybody selling or buying a home to tread carefully with Remax. I don't care what agent you're dealing with even if it's the best, you may end up screwed. Sure they'll show up at your door with comps and a price higher than other Realtors you may be looking at, but don't be tempted, is it's all a ploy. Our realtor representing us the seller, and the realtor representing the buyer work together and we're colluding the whole time. Be very careful and go somewhere else. We are in the middle of filing a huge complaint.

BEWARE of this company!!!!! Larry Turner was our property manager and we had the house IMMACULATE when we left- I spent hours cleaning it, paid cleaners, had friends come help clean so we could get our deposit back and they kept $1500 if our deposit and claimed it took a cleaner 40 hours to clean the whole house. Most dishonest company I've ever worked with.

If anyone is looking for places to rent DO NOT go through Remax!! They have one of the worst associates to work with, who upon further digging and asking around is problematic for most if not all of those who have had the hardship of working with her. We rented from remax for over 2 years and the landlord in question never made my boyfriend and I feel welcome in the place, she was always so rude on things she wanted her way even until the last day (mind you nothing big or adverse to our lease agreement) where she pretty much bullied us out of the place. We did month to month after our second year
