My daughter's bus is continuously running late, up to over an hour late. They continously forget to pick her up and I have to call in to have my child picked up. When I do call in, I'm given attitude and basically told to get over it "because they're doing they're job". They're awful at their jobs. I pay for my child to go to school and she's constantly late because the bus company has incompetent employees. I would give zero stars if I could. The employees are a joke.

The worst transportation ever! They are disrespectful to kids/passengers even the dispatchers are disrespectful phones barely work, they are always late, then when u been waiting for so long to go back in they pull up stay 1 sec and pull off when they supposed to wait 2min smh..I'm glad to be done with these ignorant people do not feel safe for my child.. Bus driver Margaret or whatever your name is need to be the 1 driving to the mental institution not the passengers with your evil ignorant self

This company is run in the ghetto most vans don't run safely I worked there for a year. They will hire anyone. 2 examples: man working here murders girl friend goes to hershey school pics up child and drops him off to parents. Number 2 woman works in main office steals hundred thousand dollars from school taxes for buses and doesn't get caught till she has stolen this mass amount of money. When I worked there it was a nightmare. You can drive your van as your personal car with all the free gas you want. The reason they hire these types is they pay pennies and you barley get any hours

Last school I had to deal with this transportation company constantly being late or not picking my child up. The school documented that my child was late over 28 times due to his bus, and it constantly had my child upset because he kept missing his morning assembly. I was hoping that this year would be more organized and reliable but it looks like it's going to be a repeat. It was the first day of school and they didn't pick him up, even though the day before I got a phone call from Boyo to confirm the pick up, school and the time. I wish I had other options because Boyo is completely unreliable

This morning I was being tailgated by bus number 794, plate number SV 26999, going from the Harrisburg Pike area road in Middletown driving towards Steelton.
Speed limit was 35 and I was going 40. The school driver was a lady. Eventually, she was able to pass me and she floored it.
I don’t normally complain about drivers but as a bus driver, she’s responsible for the little lives entrusted to her.
I really would love if a police officer was there at that moment. If I was doing 40 in a 35, what was she doing?

I've spoken to many of the van drivers during my time driving and they all were very nice people. It's a shame a company in the area was singled out with so much bad publicity when there's other complanies that are doing the same thing, if not worse.
Graybill Transpotation from Millertown is one of those companies. Horrible vehicle service. The owners son does the inspections at a little garage. They don't even have their own facility. The vans really are at times not road worthy and especially for transporting children.

An obvious employee almost hit my small car and I had to honk my horn several time (about 3 times) she did not stop and it looked as though she was going to hit my car because I was parking and she was in the middle of the street ahead of me but proceeded to get very close to my headlight on my drivers side. She did not use proper driving techniques to signal what her intentions were. Our normal drivers (yes we had 3 different "normal" drivers this year) were great. But god help you if you have a substitute. 15-30 minutes late at a minimum, and absolutely no communication from Boyo that the bus will be late. You know, some of us have jobs to get to. If the bus is that late, I might as well take the kids myself as I'm already going to be late.
Also, they send Vans/minivans out to pickup students as substitutes, but they don't carry booster seats. I'm not letting my kids on a vehicle that doesn't have basic safety equipment for transporting students.
I hope they lose their contract

These people are f-ing horrible. Several times I have contacted this company about my children's transportation needs and they have horrible attitudes, the drivers get high and operate these vehicles and the staff never does their jobs. My children have been in hit and runs and drivers going down one way streets and the drivers and the company do not care. They tell you one time and come when they want and if your not ready they will leave you. The driver has waited more time for my kids to put on seatbelts than she has waited if she doesn't see them right away. Horrible customer service and only

Today I was stopped on 283 trying to merge onto the highway. Look in my rear mirror, and the driver of van 492 is flying up behind me. She doesn't stop, just swerves over, Knicks my bumper, flies into traffic and runs two vehicles into the other lane. I am really surprised an accident didnt occur. To make matters worse, she didn't even seem to realize what she did, BC she just kept on going, didn't break or anything. I don't care about my car, as there was really no damage, but I am very fearful for the children that ride that van. I called in today and hopefully something is

I am completely not happy with these people! My daughter goes to the IU once a week and she sat waiting in the lobby of our school (I work in the daycare she goes to) for over a half hour. We find out that they tried calling both myself and my boss to see if she still needed transportation. Well, my boss was in a meeting so she couldn't answer the phone or return the call and I was WORKING, dealing with 10 one-year-olds so I had no opportunity to return their phone call until I went to lunch. When I did call them, they refused to provide transportation for the day because I didn't call them back

Do the drivers even know how to drive? This morning around 7:45am, at the intersection of N Progress and Walnut, a driver in a white Boyo mini bus (#573 or 537) was driving like an idiot, unable to slow down and wait for traffic ahead of him/her. I was shocked a driver of a business was driving like this. They represent the company.
