Ken Brown did a very thorough cleaning on my stair steps, hallway, area rugs and recliner. He was very careful and protected my laminate flooring. He worked extremely hard without taking any breaks!! I was very satisfied with the results and thought he took his time doing an excellent job. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ken did an excellent job removing oders and stains from my furniture after having my daughter and her family stay with me over the summer which were a family of seven including small children and 2 dogs. Everyone that came into the house noticed the improvement right away

I had old soap in my carpet that attracted dirt. I didn’t think would come out, the carpet was 20 years old and it turned out beautiful! We also burn wood so also dirty from that. It all came out and didn’t resurface. He was quick also and very professional. I will have them return once a year now.

We own a rental property in Monticello Minnesota. Have you decided to sell the property it was time to do a little fixup work. I wasn't sure if the carpets could be cleaned or if they needed to be replaced. So I called Brown's Chem Dry to see if I could get their technician can to take a look at my carpets and give me some advice. Should they be replaced or are they cleanable. The carpets were almost 15-years old. So we had a feeling he probably can't be cleaned anyway but we give it a shot. Had just finished some remodeling and the dust had made the carpet pretty dirty, and I had company coming in 3 days. I called Browns in Buffalo and they were able to come out that same day. They were here a few hours, and when they left the carpet looked the best I've seen it since I bought the house 3 years ago. I would highly recommend them, the process was :quick, odorless, thourough, and I was extremely satisfied.
