Services
Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, William spent the first eighteen years of his life there. An upbringing in the south-east established the core ethical and family fundamentals that are still ever present in his life today. Attending a small school from kindergarten through high school graduation instilled an understanding of how to learn and the importance of education.
While the title of the column may not be William Shakespeare's exact words, the question is still a good one in the volatile and erratic mortgage market and interest rate environment. As I have written about and discussed with many friends, clients and colleagues, I have ceased making predictions about where mortgage rates will go.
