I am a custom home builder in Pagosa Springs, Colorado and have worked with Courtney for several years now. She is very talented and has a great eye for detail. Her pricing is either by the hour, or by the square foot depending on her clients needs, and is very fair either way you choose. We are working on more projects as i type this, so obviously very happy and would highly recommend her, and have many times.
