Maia is the best lash tech ever! Very friendly, provides great customer service that we all deserve. Ever since this pandemic most workers are slackers, disrespectful and don't value customer service no more. I'm so glad I went to Better Esthetics, better indeed! The place is perfect and classy, very accessible for people around Wilmington or from anywhere that wants to experience great customer service and have the best lashes!!!

Maia is absolutely amazing at what she does. I went to her with an eyelash EMERGENCY. I had an extremely bad experience with another eyelash tech that caused the majority of my eyelashes to fall out. The ones that were left were extremely short and damaged. I wasn’t sure that there was any help for me but Maia assured me that she could do it. I put my faith in her and I’m so glad that I did. She worked SO HARD and truly took her time to assure that I obtain the best result possible. When I left I was completely blown away. I had eyelashes again!
