If I could score them lower I would. HIGHLY SUGGEST HAVING AN ATTORNEY REVIEW YOUR LEASE BEFORE SIGNING! In the fall of 2020 my stepdaughter was a sophomore at Longwood and was living in Sunchase. My husband (her father) had co-signed the lease which is silly he wasn't listed at the main guarantor as he was making the rental payments as she was a full time student with no source of income. He passed away very suddenly Nov. 30th of 2020 without any warning. My stepdaughter obviously was in shock and experienced major PTSD and trauma from his sudden passing. She did not return to school. Do not let them receive packages at desk . There was a package that got dropped off at the office and they hold it there , and sense I work long hours I can't make it to the office during there hours, I figured email them or call them about it and it would all be fixed . I guessed wrong even with written and verbal approval I wasn't able to receive it unless I miss hours which could cause termination or at best a lacking paycheck , and I work to much to have a meet and greet with my neighbors. So my package is stuck there for the foreseeable future or until I can justify to my boss that I can leave

Sunchase is the absolute best place to live as a college student or a FarmVille resident. Sunchase is not just a place to live but a community. There are always events taking place, and they are free to Sunchase residents!🤩 Highly recommend Sunchase. The employees are also so friendly and welcoming.

I just moved to Sunchase a few weeks ago, but have enjoyed my experience so far! The leasing office is always a great help, especially for new residents like me. Sunchase also has a pool, gym, and other amazing amenities, and is also animal friendly for all the animal lovers out there! I highly recommend living at Sunchase!

I transferred to Longwood and lived in Sunchase 2 of my 3 years there. I loved living at Sunchase and cannot say enough about the staff and facilities there. I just graduated and will be moving for my new job but am struggling to find an affordable place that offers everything Sunchase had to offer.

The rent is expensive and it goes up every year. My first year here my rent was $465, now it's $541 and this was only since 2016. THEY HAVE MICE DURING THE WINTER!!!!! I just feel that I'm paying too much money to be having these type of problems. The maintenance men are wonderful and very responsive but they can only put down mouse traps and nothing else. Pest control was suppose to come to my apartment today but no such luck. Also Sunchase expects you to renew your lease, no matter how many months you've been there, by the end of November. If you don't, they can't promise you the same apartment

RATS!! RATS!!! RATSSS!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WOOOORRRRRSSSSSTTT PLACE TO LIVE. The people that work in the office are oblivious and unprofessional. THE BUILDING I LIVE IN HAS HAD RATS FOR 2 MONTHS!!!!! However, they're still doing tours🤔 Signing this lease is like a life bond I feel unsafe they haven't done anything for the rats except put down 3 mice traps WE PAY $500+ per room and you can't get an Orkin man or your story straight. They just tried to KNOWINGLY move someone into an infested apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!IM SICK OF IT this place looks nice on the outside but it's actually
