We began with our original store in Westport, Connecticut and soon expanded to Charlotte, North Carolina. My husband took our 6' 250 lb son to shop at Westport Big & Tall. Aaron was unfriendly and rude to them from the moment they walked in the door. My husband and son both were made to feel like Aaron did not want them there shopping. When my son began trying on clothes, Aaron commented to my husband that he was sure that he was going to have a mess to clean up in the dressing room when my son finished. (isn't that part of your job, Aaron). Be assured that this was not the case. My husband hung everything back up that my son tried on. Aaron never once offered to help them find items or check to see

Big shoutout to Aaron at Westport Big & Tall. I came in looking for a warmer coat that would be suitable for wearing to nicer events. Even though it was late into February and they'd already shifted their inventory to get ready for spring, Aaron trooped into the back and pulled out many options that might work for my purposes. And, because the winter coat season was over, they were all marked down quite a bit! Great store, great staff!

I'm a big and tall guy who enjoys the finer things in life when it comes to fashion so when I found out Westport could order custom-made and tailored shirts I was onboard. They did not disappoint!
You know how most dress shirts get all baggy in the back? Not this one! It fits perfectly and at $140 was worth every penny.
Top it off with them having Enro shirts in stock and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable, you've got yourself a great big and tall shop right here in Charlotte.

Ordered sport jacket online, they charged me for it, then sent an email the next morning saying it was out of stock....its been three weeks and still no sign of my refund.
this is more like a scam to borrow money from customers for a few weeks before returning it sometime in the future.
they should have told me it was out of stock before accepting my order.
