Services
QC grew considerably in two short years. In 1985 a move to Faith Ave. on the North/West side of Elkhart was undertaken. In 1995, a new and modern facility was built at 1025 All-Pro Drive., Elkhart, bringing the floor space to 39,000 sq. Our services include the ability to fabricate a wide range of metal parts that require a multi-step manufacturing process.
Because of the flexibility of our machinery, we can produce your order to meet your manufacturing schedule and budget at no added premium to you. With our QC Metal Fab trucks we are always ready to ship your custom metal pieces to you. We don't let the size of an order stop us, so if you have a large order that won't fit on our 8'x12' or 8'x24' panel truck, then we have an LTL shipping service ready to deliver your order.
Our high-quality fabrication services are rooted in one of the first machines used to start the QC metal fabrication brand: the mechanical brake press. Reliable, on-spec, and consistent fabrication begins and ends with both the mechanical and hydraulic CNC brake press machines. With the ability to press form 10' long metal sheets with about 200 tons of force, QC is capable of providing you with the best fabricated component on the market.
