I asked for a non smoking room for my wife and baby but was given a room that smelled of sir spray that masked cigarette smoke. The door to our room was broken so the key car didn't work. I had to get someone to let us in when we left and came back. People live at the hotel so the next room's window was blacked out with black plastic. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub.

This place may look like a low-end motel on the outside, but it's got 4 stars on here for a reason!
The rooms are honestly pretty big and it was clean and comfortable.
We stayed here one night while on our way from Arkansas to South Carolina, and it was the perfect stop off for a traveler.
The only other people we encountered seemed to be families also using it the same way we were.
It's s got a ton of charm and we enjoyed that even with the lobby closed.
It's not a big chain hotel and doesn't operate like one, so as long as you're not expecting the Hilton, you'll be just fine!

I absolutely loved this hotel! Southern Charm with such sweet attentive staff. Very comfy and safe. Great place if you have children with you or a pet. They even give you a cute little Breakfast Bag with yummy items plus juice and milk since during this pandemic they're not serving hot breakfast. They really go the extra mile to make you feel safe and comfortable and welcome. I absolutely loved it and will be staying there every time I travel that way again!
