I brought my iPhone 7 Plus in for repair on Tuesday September 14th, 2021. It was charging intermittently. Since that was my only phone, I told them how important it was because my dad calls me from the nursing home 2-4 times a day and if he can't get ahold of me, he sends out the search committee. It is also my lifeline to possible employment. The lady at the front counter told me that she would have the technician take a look at it and email me with a quote by 4pm. She said there would be a $25 diagnostic fee and that could be applied to the repair. I waited til way after 5pm with no email

Would not recommend! Had service done in Dec 2019 and half wasn't done. Had to go back. Advised them they owed me money - no they said we do not. A year later, Dec 2021, I found my account on line - they owed me $180, which I have since recouped. Moved to AZ and having computer issues.
First, keep getting notice "one of more of your updates did not go through - contact your system Administrator. I did and they reassured me "all is well on our end" - still get same notice. Now, I am getting an additional notice "your Bisconti MAV is out of date - tap or click here

After visiting Bisconti's competition that had poor customer service, Bisconti was a breath of fresh air. Very polite, listened to what I needed on the laptop and printer and made recommendations. They saved me a few hundred dollars on this purchase. Highly recommend this establishment!

Their prices are absurd for the level of service they provide. You should appreciate an evaluation of market prices before going there. Several other businesses offering competitive pricing in the area for better work.

I have had 2 iPad displays and 2 iPhone displays fixed here. All services were competitive to other service providers, and much cheaper than Apple. All of these items were repaired over a year ago, and are still working great.
1 of the iPhone displays was previously taken to another company, which could not fix it, and told me the phone was broken, so wanted me to pay for their services despite not fixing. Bisconti was able to fix it without issue.
1 of the iPhones had some response issues with the home button after the display was replaced, but Bisconti took it back under their warranty, and had

This business is ridiculously overpriced. Just look at all of the other reviews, I would stay far away. They tried to charge me $800 for a liquid repair and $220 for labor, when i asked them to transfer my documents from my hard drive to an external they refused to deduct the $30 from the $70 diagnostic they charged me and said it was only applicable to a "new computer" learn some customer service and maybe you would get a few more stars from a few more customers.

Charged my dad $175 for simple audio driver. Can not imagine how they slept after charging him that. At first told my charge fir labor and software. Ummm drivers from Dell are free. If it takes 3 hours to fix a driver, get better techs.

One star is generous. We went in to get a 1tb sata hard drive for my fiancées new desktop and where told it would cost 109.99. We have looked online the exact hard drive he was trying to sell us which is not only bottom of the line but also 49.99 on Amazon. He said the 70 dollar tack on was a "convenience" fee. So we drove up the street to Best Buy where the better hard drive was 59.99. Way more convenient.

I just got into Rockford, My Macbook Pro charger went down! I located this company online! I called and they located a charger for me right away! When i got there, they checked first to see if my old charger was bad! After finding out it didn't work, they sold me an replacement! What great service and fast! I will come back again!!

Sent my computer in to have some water damage assessed. They immediately plugged the computer in, even after being informed that there was water in the machine. We left the computer with them in the hopes that they would repair any damage they had done. They called later to say that the motherboard was fried and that they'd call back with an estimate for replacing it, at which point I elected to reclaim my computer unrepaired. They had clearly not run any diagnostics whatsoever, as the motherboard was undamaged. The only thing that had been fried was my keyboard, which lost it when they plugged

If you have a computer issue, I cannot recommend Bisconti strongly enough. I brought in what appeared to be a dead external hard drive that contained all (over 15 yrs) my family photos with no backup of those photos. Losing those photos would have crushed my wife and I. Thankfully, Bisconti was able to recover 100% of those photos. For that, I am very eternally grateful. Great people, great service.

I have been without my Apple Air for about a month i was referred by someoneto take it to Biscontis. I did so after paying 25.00 for diagnostic quote of what was wrong with my product recieved a call that they had to repair the screen and order it. so they required that i payed for repair and tech 200.00 up front. I asked if i could pay for part and they said they would get back with me and it took them 2 weeks to get back with me. I went in and took money for them to order my part.After waiting two more weeks i called and they said they ran into another problem that the logic board went out. So

My brand new Dell laptop was hacked in the summer of 2014, just days before I was leaving the country for 3 1/2 weeks. I dropped it off at Bisconti, asking them to email me with their assessment, so I could have it repaired during my vacation. I never heard from them, and when upon my return I called them, they said that they had been emailing the wrong address. They apologized and said they would expedite the repair. After many phone calls, I finally picked up my newly "repaired" laptop three weeks later and was charged $200. The computer never worked correctly after that. The

Don't go here. Bisconti Computers $69 to walk in the door with computer. Promised several times to have computer ready but it took over 10 days. $200 more. Finally when finished took it home and it was 75 % slower then when we brought it in. They wanted to uninstall windows and all programs to try to correct problem. We couldn't take the chance. The guy at desk said restore point could cause more probs. They also had disconnected dvd player and then accused us of opening computer and doing this. Beware! My husband took his ipad mini here to get fixed after falling and shattering the screen.The price seemed a little high when he told me but his statement was "you get what you pay for"....
except in this case as of right now.
They told him that they do not fix them there, that they send it somewhere to get fixed, alright seems weird but we were trusting. They told my husband it would take 2 weeks and that they would give us a call once they received it. almost 3 weeks go by and i finally call them. they had the wrong phone number in the system and that was why we never heard anything
