I used Penny for the past 3 years. The first year was awesome. She created a business flier and delivered it promptly. The second year, she totally messed up my labels and delayed getting me my postcards. I had to scramble late into the night trying to get my postcards labeled and sent out. The design was good. Against, my better judgement, I went with her again this year year since everyone deserves a second chance. I did not have her work on my labels. The flier was ok (it didn't look like she spent much time on it) and again it took almost three weeks to get my postcards. I would

I have ordered several sets of business cards, event postcards, window clings, and an oversized dry erase check. All the products exceeded my expectations, especially the oversized check. A lot of the online oversized check companies send you these flimsy things that just don't present well at all and get damaged over time. My company has been using the oversized check for a couple of years and it still looks brand new.
The thing that keeps me coming back, besides the customer service, is her ability to take what I am thinking (my vision) and translate it into a design. She is also very knowledgable
