I love the honesty and integrity of this place. I called several appliance spots in the LA area and all were MORE than willing to charge me a base fee just to come out and look at repairs to my refrigerator, but Quick & Pro Appliance Repair was THE ONLY place that took time, over the phone, to ask the model and year purchased.
Turns out, my refrigerator had a recall and was still under warranty! This business literally saved me hundreds of dollars by simply taking the time to look up my appliance info and being 100% honest.

Gary was great. He diagnosed the problem over the phone based on my description, gave me a price over the phone, came and fixed exactly the diagnosed problem in a short period, charged me exactly what he quoted over the phone (which was very reasonable).

We are getting ready to sell my parents house, maybe just a few months away and the family refrigerator started leaking all over the floor. I called Quick & Pro Appliance. They were able to give me an appointment the very next day.
They were on time and worked very quickly. Without going into all the details, I was told to unplug the refrigerator for 24 hours so it could get a good defrosting.
I appreciate the company being so honest, truthful and saving me money!

Garry was actually early to fix my dishwasher. Very reasonably priced and friendly too. I like to learn from repair guys and he was cool with talking me through his troubleshoot process. The dryer broke Tuesday. My work schedule is erratic and exhausting. I found Q&P through Google and booked my Saturday appt online.
I was given the window of 12-3 but at 10:45am received a text they were coming in 15 minutes. Their serviceman Gary assessed the problem and spent over an hour disassembling my dryer, cleaning it out (22 years old and never serviced: my bad) spending well over an hour on the job. He fixed the problem and the price, I felt, was quite reasonable.
I had been mentally prepared to shell out $1k for a new dryer. Instead, I spent a couple of hundred, saved my dryer and

Garry was great. His communication over the phone was prompt and clear. He came over to take a look at our old dishwasher that was not draining properly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it to me clearly. I paid a deposit for the repairs, but my property manager ended up not wanting to do the repairs. Garry was very accommodating and refunded me my deposit.

We used Gary to repair our dryer. His professionalism struck me immediately over the phone. This wasn't an easy job. They did it with Arthur his tech. Their rate reasonable & most importantly no surprises.
3 months later yesterday I needed some info from to fight with sears he came to our rescue again.

Simply the best appliance service that I have ever had. Gary came out on a Sunday, to my house in Malibu (yes in beach traffic) without complaint. He was immaculate, efficient and very helpful. He ordered the parts needed and returned within 24 hours to complete the repairs. He will be the only one that I call, a complete gem!!

Our company fridge broke down and we needed help fast. I called Quick & Pro and they came out same day. They were able to give us an estimate of 2 of our refrigerators and tips on how to diagnose issues in the future. The estimate was a reasonable charge compared to other companies and the amount goes towards your repair. We were able to get a replacement part within days and the repair was done quickly.
