Matt Benson is a partner in the Litigation Group at Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. A substantial part of Mr. Benson's practice is focused on commercial litigation in which he represents banking institutions, nontraditional lenders, borrowers, and businesses.
His other principal practice area is construction litigation, whereby he represents a number property owners, lenders, developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers in various disputes involving simple and complex construction issues.Mr. Benson also drafts and reviews construction contracts and advises his clients on issues they may face during the course of a construction project.

Gerald Davidson has actively practiced in Gwinnett County for forty years. During his career, Mr. Davidson has been involved in three record-setting cases. First, in 1988, he secured what was reported as the largest divorce settlement in the State of Georgia. In 1993, he helped secure what was, at the time, the largest verdict in Georgia history, an award of $105.2 million against General Motors.
Catherine Davidson is part of the Commercial Real Estate and Banking Group of Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. Her practice includes representing clients in the purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and development of all types of improved and unimproved commercial real estate. A native of Louisiana, Mrs. Davidson received her Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University.
