They are always prompt, the communication and customer service is outstanding and they do a great job responding to questions or concerns. When we called about elm seed Beatles they were quick to respond and come out and spray even though they had been out only a couple weeks prior for a scheduled service. We have noticed a HUGE difference with insects and rodents in our house and garage since we started using Elevate!

The young man did inside the house first. He put covers on his shoes and opened every door as he went through the house. We get little brown bugs? No more.
Outside he did all the shrubs and flower stems for mites, spiders and moths. He did all the eves and the underside of my deck for wasps and all the foundation for spiders. I thought he was super. Fast, professional, informative and willing to do anything is asked. I'll definitely use this company again.

Customer service here is a joke. So when we signed up the first service was $94 they do a free check tough up the next month. Our free touchup was on the 15th. I called that morning asking if they knew when the driver would be coming to my house they said they can't give a window I waited around all day. I told them my son had swim practice at 530PM. They said if he does not get there by 530 I can reschedule. And of course that's when he came out. he told me that I could just reschedule my appointment. So I called the next day rescheduled it as soon as they could get me in was the

Elevate pest control is fantastic. They have wonderful customer service- easy to talk to and flexible to make things work for my schedule. The technicians were friendly and prompt. They called before they arrived to let me know when they would be here. Then they walked through the house explaining how their product worked and where and why they would spray. They were also very willing to come back and do a FREE retreat when we had a new batch of spiders sneak through. I love that the chemicals they use are safe for my children to be around and are very effective!

We bought a new house and have had a LOT of spiders in the rocks around the house and several inside the house. We were fortunate to be able to take advantage of a promotion that Elevate was having and started getting treatments for the pest about a month ago.
We have seen a significant visual decrease of spiders outside and much fewer inside. The technicians made sure to treat both inside and out and even removed/treated a few wasp nests we had.
Customer service has been great and the price is very reasonable for our peace of mind.
