Chris helped with a very lengthy offer to closing ordeal whereas the original offeror had major difficulties with her mortgage. When that fell through he secured another offeror in a day. Friendly, thorough and handled everything for me while my elderly parent transitioned into assisted living. Great negotiator...got $10K over asking price and… negotiated $8K for damages due to failure to perform with first offeror. Chris knows the area, he knows the market, and knows people. He was also very kind with my mother as this was all very confusing to her. Look no further!

I was so refreshing to deal with Micheal. He made the process so easy and stressless. Extremely knowledgeable and very detailed. I dealt with real estate agents before but Barrett Realty is class act.
