Feels like I am in the workshop with thousand of colors to choose from. So impressed with their color collections. Highly skilled nail tech. I will only get my dipping done by the owner Chloe. She is very creative with nail arts too 🤩

The pedicure was trash for $30 and on top of that the man barely massaged my feet nor did he scrub hard enough. My nails were not square how I asked him. The polish is sloppy and messed up. The worst nail place in waco.

Since moving to the area, I had tried a couple of different nail salons. None of them worked for me until I came to EM Nails. Everyone there is so friendly! I highly recommend Lois for pedicures and Chloe for nails and lashes. Great place, very relaxing.

I love Em nails! I found them almost two years ago and have been with them since. They are very professional and they know how to shape your nails just right. I can go 3 weeks before I need a fill! Even with the pedicures they make sure every nail is perfect. Today I tried the almond shape for the first time with the glow in the dark ombré and love them. My girl Khloe always has the best suggestions.

I'm not sure where to start with this one. I showed up at 4:45 for an appointment that I had booked a couple of days before and the only thing I was greeted by was the collection of cobwebs, dust, and lack of lighting. My friend and I were told to "just sit over there" and shortly after, one of the ladies came over with bowls of acetone and told us to just soak our hands in there... um soak our hands? I have never had a more awkward and insulting nail salon experience than this one. I walked in and requested white nails with dip and tips. The man who was helping me and communicating to the rest of the staff asked me two or three times confirming that I wanted tips. I was then led to a chair with my color handed to me, where the lady asked "just on the nail?" Assuming that the man had communicated to her that I wanted tips, I did not understand what she meant by that question. Got French dip paid $80 with a basic manicure !!!!! I think it was little to pricey but it was done. The place looks good. Service was great. The guy was really nice. But my nails started to chip Sunday. They have a 10 day guaranteed on dip.

I went in yesterday afternoon for a basic manicure. Within an hour of leaving the salon, the colored polish under the clear coat began to crinkle and lift. By the next morning, the polish on my ring finger has partially torn off. I was planning to have professional engagement photos taken today (the reason I got the manicure in the first place), but will have to reschedule until I go to another salon to fix my nails.

I recently went into the salon and asked for acrylic nails with pink French tips. While the design turned out well, I was really dissatisfied with the shape and thickness of my nails. I was super disappointed with how they turned out especially for the price they charged me. I've heard only good things about this salon, and was looking forward to trying it out and was dissatisfied with my nails and surprised by how much they cost.

One of the worst nail salons I have visited. I was shown a price sheet when we walked in. We told exactly what we wanted. After we had started they kept adding costs to remove polish, shaping of nails, etc. wouldn't have been so bad but for the simple mail stripes desired and shown from a photo looked awful and had to be removed and the polish applied in both manicures and pedicures failed to cover entire nail and nails had rough edges. Very disappointing place

Awesome place to go to relax and get pampered. The nail techs do a fantastic job! I had scheduled a time for 5 pedicures and had to call to push back the appointment. They were very flexible and accommodating.

I'm in TX from OOT and this is one of the nicest salons I've ever been too. The salon is clean, everything is labels and the continuous wipes all surfaces down. Everyone was friendly and polite. I will definitely be back when I'm in town again.

Had my bachelorette party in Waco. My six ladies and I were welcomed with wine and awesome massage chairs! The pedicures were amazing, the atmosphere was awesome. The nail techs were very skilled and hilarious! One of them cheered with us with his alcohol bottle! At the end of it, we were all very happy and relaxed and ready to go play party games. Terrible nail salon do not waste your time...
The receptionist is RUDE and he talks about customers to other customers! He even said "Everyone wants to be treated like they're special but you're not." The rest of the staff has terrible attitudes.
I had dip put on my nails, they cracked after 2 days. I went back the lady was rude and told me to find my own color if I want then fixed because it wasn't her job to look. She fixed them with an attitude, they cracked again 3 days later. Don't waste your time, pay the extra $10 to go to Posh...

Found this nail salon googling from my Waze app. Want to find a nail salon on my way to Dallas without going to far off I-35. I called them while I was about an hour out and they were very helpful with scheduling me an appointment for that day. Once I arrived I was kindly greeted. The salon had all different options from powder, gel, acrylic and so many colors to choose from! KN was very nice and made me feel comfortable in the new establishment offering a complimentary beverage. Q was attentive and ask how I wanted my nails and finished up my gel fill beautifully. The best experience! Nails, brows, lashes, and toes! I am always using my phone and while I was getting my nails done they had to be foiled and they even brought me A small phone pen so I can still use my phone! The pedicure was so unique with a special jelly material

Glad I found this nail salon! I'm always nervous going to a salon I haven't been to before.
